Ruth G. "Chickie" Moyer, 61, of Green Lane, passed away June 6, 2013 surrounded by her family.  She was the beloved wife of Fred M. Moyer.  They were married 42 years.  Born in Montdale, PA, Ruth was a daughter of the late Phillip and Constance (Vosburg) McAndrew. She was a foster parent for 25 years, and many of her foster children remained part of her family.  She served as a Youth Aide Panel Volunteer for Montgomery County. Ruth was an active member of the Family Worship Center, Lansdale.  

            Surviving with her husband, is a daughter, Constance, wife of Patrick Banner, of East Greenville; son, Aaron, of Lansdale; a granddaughter, Marie Banner, of East Greenville; a Brother-in-law, Barry Smith, of Green Lane; Sisters:  Frances Bell Meyhoefer, of Red Hill, and Gloria Sakawat Ligi, of Jermyn, PA; and several nieces and nephews.  She was pre-deceased by her brother, Phillip McAndrew.
