John Piepszowski, 85, husband of Virginia (Heim) Piepszowski, of Pennsburg, died on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Quakertown Center, Quakertown.
Born in Pennsburg, he was a son of the late Simon and Sophia (Supinski) Piepszowski.
He was an assembler at Knoll International, East Greenville, for 45 years, retiring in 1992.
He was a United States Army veteran, serving his country in World War II.
He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg, and also a member of the Pennsburg Fire Company and a past member of American Legion Post #184, East Greenville.
Surviving, along with his wife, Virginia, are three children, Linda Wimmer and her husband, Alton of Palm, Gary D. Piepszowski of California, and Dale J. Piepszowski and his wife, LeAnne of Palm; six grandchildren, Jessica, Shannon, Tonya, Nicole, Blaine, and Michelle and two great-grandchildren, Erica and Aiden. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by brothers and sisters, Helen Meshanic, Stanley Pepper, Tessie Giduck, Pauline Houseknecht and Frank Piepszowski.
A graveside funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, with the Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating.
