LAURITA E. (FAUT) HEILMAN

Laurita E. (Faut) Heilman, 91, of Pottstown, wife of Ernest R. Heilman, passed away Sunday at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.

Born in East Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Katie (Christman) Faut.

Laurita was a member of The Christian Women’s Club of Pottstown, as well as Berean Bible Church of Sanatoga. She was a Bible school and Sunday school teacher for 30 years at Redwood Chapel in Castro Valley, California.

Surviving, along with her husband, is a son, Richard R. Heilman, of Fort Myers, Florida; a daughter, Alice L. Johnson, of Springfield, Virginia; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Norman Faut of Lenhartsville.

Including her parents, Laurita was predeceased by her brothers, Linwood and Richard Faut, and her sister, Myrtle (Faut) Wilkins.

A funeral service will be celebrated Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown. Interment will follow at Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
