ROGER A. LANGE
Roger A. Lange, 65, of Green Lane, died August 8, 2012.
Born in Hebron, IL, he was a son of the late Gerhart and Mariellen (King) Lange.
He grew up on the family farm. He was a Platinum Principal Consultant for SAP America in Newtown Square. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Sumneytown, where he was a past member of the choir, church council and music committee. His favorite pasttime was reading and he owned many books. He enjoyed old time music and played banjo, recorder, and autoharp. He was a Ham Radio operator. He was a member of the Green Lane-Marlboro Lions Club.
Surviving is his only child, Christine E. Lange, of Paradise, and her mother, Camilla Lange, of Pottstown; his siblings: Gayle Puhl, of Evanville, Wisconsin, Lore Memmen, of DesPlains, Illinois and Henry Lange, of Bangor, Wisconsin. He was predeceased by siblings: Barbara Behrens, John Lange, and Gene Lange.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 25 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Sumneytown. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the family plot at Linn-Hebron Cemetery, Hebron, Illinois, at a later date.
