Larry L. Zepp
Larry L. Zepp, 73, of Northampton, and formerly of Spinnerstown, died July 18, 2012. He was the loving husband of Jean Marie (Fahringer) Zepp, to whom he was married 44 years this past May.
Born in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Burt Reynolds, and Betty (Zepp) Saylor.
He was the sexton at Trinity Great Swamp UCC, Spinnerstown, for 22 years before retiring in 2010. Prior to that, he was employed at Wanamaker’s, at the Lehigh Valley Mall, as an electrical engineer. Larry was a member of Trinity Great Swamp UCC, serving on many committees throughout the years. He was a midget football and wrestling coach, as well as active in the 4-H as his children were growing up. He was a member of the VFW, Red Hill; and a member of the North Penn and Betterman Gun Clubs, as well as their pool leagues.
Surviving with his wife are children: Jeffrey, of Sarasota, Florida, Rodney, and his wife, Pamela, of Zionsville; Kimberly, and her husband, Arnold, of Northampton, Troy, of Vera Cruz; stepsons: Dennis Eagle, of Reading, and Scott Eagle, of Lemoyne; siblings: Louise Ruth, of Macungie, Kathryn, wife of Linwood Kulp, of Boyertown, Warren Saylor, and his wife, Donna, of Douglassville, Elaine, wife of David Reiner Sr., of Gilbertsville and Charles Saylor, of Memphis, Tennessee; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Wesley Raymond Zepp, and an infant sister, Mary.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. on August 19 at the Grove of the Trinity Great Swamp UCC, 9150 Spinnerstown Rd., Spinnerstown PA 18968.
