James J. Murray Jr.

James J. Murray Jr., 57, of Pennsburg, died September 6, 2011.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of Mildred (Vile) Murray of Hereford, and the late James J. Murray Sr.

He was a former employee of Blommer Chocolate in East Greenville. Jim was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. He was a member of the East Greenville Fire Co., the VFW Red Hill, the American Legion, Palm, and the Owls, East Greenville.

Along with his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Jamie Lynn Murray of Mt. Gretna; sisters, Linda Bailey, of Lansdale, and Sue Baer, of East Greenville; brothers, Dennis Murray, of the Poconos, and Donald Murray, of Sellersville and the following nieces and nephews: Cherie Baer and William Baer Jr., Dennis Murray Jr., Justin, Harley, Christy, and Lee Murray, and Donald Murray Jr.

A celebration of life gathering was held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.
