Floyd B. Cressman
Floyd B. Cressman, of Pennsburg, passed away at Pennsburg Manor on Saturday, July 18, 2026 after a lengthy illness at age 92. He was the beloved husband of Rose M. (Woodward) Cressman, with whom he shared almost 65 years of marriage.
He was born at home in Marlborough Twp., a son of the late Septimus W. Jr. and Louise (Fels) Cressman.
Floyd was a dedicated employee of Mack Truck Inc. He was an assembler for thirty-two years until retiring in 1998.
Floyd was a member of Pennsburg U.C.C, In his younger years, he enjoyed going hunting and fishing and was an avid fan of the Philles, Eagles and NASCAR.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Brian Cressman; Susan (Kevin) Smith; grandson: William (Sierra) Smith; great-granddaughter: Mariah; siblings: Janet Fulmer, Carol Hill and Ernie (Sheryl) Cressman. There are also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by siblings: Pauline Nester, Paul and Richard Cressman.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 10-11 a.m. at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA followed by a service at 11 a.m. He will be laid to rest privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Floyd's memory to Pennsburg U.C.C., 775 Main St., Pennsburg, PA 18073.
