Christine "Tina" Kemp, a resident of Souderton Mennonite Home, died peacefully Saturday morning, May 23, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
She was the beloved wife of Lester B. Kemp who she was married to for 54 years before he passed away in 2015.
Born in Palm, PA, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Helen Stoudt.
Tina was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed painting, gardening, cooking and preparing family favorites, such as her deviled eggs and homemade applesauce.
Tina volunteered with the ambulance corps in Upper Perkiomen, and later at Lehigh Valley Hospital following her retirement from Grandview Hospital where she worked in the Medical Records Department for many years. She was a long-time member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons and daughter: Michael and his wife Gianna (Agostino), Timothy and his wife Kelly (Erkert), and Angela and her partner David Hosford. Tina was loved by her grandchildren Allie Kemp and Adam Kemp. Her surviving sibling is Eileen and her husband Earl Shirey. She was predeceased by a sister Mary Ann (Stoudt) Snyder.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 9-9:50 a.m. at St. Philip Neri 1325 Klinerd Rd, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Eulogy will begin at 9:50 a.m. and a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in the Church. Burial will follow Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1817 Quakertown Rd, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
