Edith (Krause) Kirlin
2026-01-12

            Edith (Krause) Kirlin, 89, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, at

Pennsburg Manor. Born in Pike Township, Edith was the daughter of the late Charles and Florence (Behm) Krause.

            Edith worked as an assembler and upholsterer for Knoll Inc. Always a hard worker, Edith went on to work at Redners Quickstop in Bally following her retirement.

            Edith is survived by one son, Mark Kirlin, husband of Theresa; and one daughter, Sandra Andre, wife of Joseph. As well as six grandchildren, Karyn, Matthew, Christian, Hannah, Nicholas and Joseph; five great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; a sister, Betty Mae Weller; and numerous nieces and nephews.

            Edith was predeceased by one brother, Charles W. Krause; three sisters, Beatrice Becker, Junette Hiller, and Dorothy Angstadt; one grandson, Jeremy; and one great-great granddaughter.

            Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Morrell Funeral Home 124 W. Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown, PA 19512. A celebration of life will follow at 10 a.m.

            Burial will be at Lobach's Cemetery.

            In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
