Martha K. Albright, 74
2025-12-15

Martha K. (Kuhns) Albright, 74, of South Coventry, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at her home.

Raised in East Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Curtis and Catherine (Hallman) Kuhns.

Martha was a 1969 graduate of Upper Perk High school and graduate of West Chester University. She held advanced degrees in education and was employed by the Radnor School District for 40 years as a teacher. She was highly admired and respected by her colleagues who were like a second family.

She was a devoted mother who was selfless beyond measure, putting forth all of her time and effort into raising her children, Dan and Cate. She did everything she could to give them the best childhood imaginable and the most valuable support through their adult years, while all but never doing or accepting anything for herself.

In her later years, she enjoyed quieter times doing crosswords, watching trivia-like game shows (often making the contestants look bad!), and constantly making sure her loved ones were taken care of, happy, and had everything they needed. Above all, she loved spending time with her two precious grandchildren, Booker and Peyton, whom she adored beyond words.

Surviving are her children Dan Albright and Cate Martin, wife of Kirk; brother Curt Kuhns, husband of Judy; brother George Ritter, husband of the late Sharon; grandchildren Peyton Martin and Booker Martin.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th, 2025 from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home (711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464), followed by a short service at 3 p.m. After the service, a Celebration of Life will be held at Blackjax Pub and Grill, 668 Benjamin Franklin Hwy, Birdsboro, PA beginning at 4:00pm. Burial will be held privately by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the COPD Foundation in Martha's name.
