Colin Andrew Libby
2025-11-11

November 24, 1968 – November 9, 2025

Colin Andrew Libby, 56, passed away surrounded by his family. Born November 24, 1968, to Reginald Backus Libby and E. Jane (Halladay) Libby, he grew up in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

In 1988, Colin moved to Idaho, where he married Tessa in 1990. Together they raised two children, Stefan and Alyson. Family was central to Colin's life, and he especially cherished being "Pop Pop" to his five granddaughters.

Colin worked in the commercial plumbing field for 40 years and loved camping, hiking, fishing, and dirt biking—always happiest outdoors and with those he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Tessa; mother, E. Jane; children, Stefan (Miriahla) and Alyson; five granddaughters; and siblings, Reginald Jr., Kevin, Perry, Thomas, William, Candace, and Cheryl. He was preceded in death by his father, Reginald, and sister, Elizabeth.

A graveside memorial service will be held on November 17 at Kuna Cemetery in Kuna, Idaho, conducted by Zeyer Funeral Chapel.

Condolences may be shared at zeyerfuneralchapel.com.
