The PA.Gov website writes that while there may be a rush to predict the outcomes, counties are prioritizing accuracy and security above all else as they count ballots.
In order for voters to know that their votes will be accurately counted and verified, results of some races may not be known on election night or beyond. Results displayed are unofficial and for informational purposes only. Counties provide these unofficial results as they tally votes cast via in-person, mail, and provisional ballots. Official results will be clearly marked as such on the site after counties complete the certification process.
Members of the Military and other qualified voters who reside outside the United States have up to seven days after Election Day to return their ballots. Postmarks do not count. The total number of ballots in this category will continue to change as ballots are received prior to the deadline.
Provisional Ballots are brought back to the Voter Services Office on Election Day, but cannot be evaluated until the Friday after the Election by Pennsylvania law. Some Pennsylvania Counties don't even include the number of provisional ballots with their unofficial results.
This extra time gives the Voter Services staff time to update the voter records of everyone who casts a ballot on Election Day to determine if the provisional ballot is eligible to be counted.
Last day for the county election office to receive completed military and overseas absentee ballots (submitted for delivery no later than 11:59 p.m. on November 3.

In the close race for the Boyertown Area School District Region 2 seat we reported Democrat Jason Szczurowski had eked out a close victory. Current numbers have Republican Anthony Panarello leading Jason Szczurowski by less than 100 votes.
For one of two four-year terms in Region 1 of the Quakertown Area School Board, Rebecca Merola now currently holds a 29-vote over lead Republican Ronald Jackson for the number two position.
For the four-year seat serving Region 2 of the Quakertown Area School Board Democrat Amanda Hahn currently holds a seven-vote lead over Geoff Williams.
