Lisette K. Fadil
2025-07-29

Lisette K. Fadil, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away in

Beirut, Lebanon on July 15, 2025.  Born in Lebanon, to the late, Jawad and Edma (Joseph) Karam, Lisette made her way to America in 1968, where she built a life filled with love and dedication.

Lisette married Michael Fadil, Sr., and spent many wonderful years together until his passing in 2006.

Lisette devoted many years of her life to her career as a salesclerk at Sears before her retirement.

Outside of work and in retirement, she found solace and joy in her passion for gardening, lovingly tending to her fruits and vegetables, which she often shared with family and friends. Lisette also held a deep appreciation for her Lebanese roots and loved traveling back to Lebanon to reconnect with her loved ones there. A devoted member of St. Paul's Orthodox Church in Emmaus, she found community and comfort in her faith.

Her heart was full of love for her family; she cherished every moment spent with them.

She is survived by sons, William A. Fadil and Michael D. Fadil Jr. and his wife, Amy; daughter, Lisa A., wife of Timothy R. Bless; grandchildren, Nicole, Mickayla and Corey Bless and Amanda Fadil; brother, Salim Karam; sister, Joulia Macary and sister-in-law Marguerite Fadil as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sarah G. Fadil.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5th at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville and interment will follow in St. Mark's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Pennsburg. Calling hours will be held Monday evening August 4th from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning from 10 to 10:45 a.m.
