Randy S. Reinhart Sr.
2025-07-22

            Randy S. Reinhart, Sr., 72, of Myerstown, died July 19 at his home. He was the husband of Mary L. (Bauman) Reinhart. The couple was married for 52 years.

            Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Roy and Roberta (Shisler) Reinhart.

            He was employed as a custodian for the Upper Perkiomen School District, retiring in 2018.  Prior to that he was employed by Palm Schwenkfelder Church and the Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center. 

            Mr. Reinhart belonged to the Perkiomen Masonic Lodge No. 595 in Red Hill. In his younger years, he was also a volunteer for several fire companies and fire police in the Upper Perkiomen Valley.

            In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Rebecca Kummerer and husband Chad, of Myerstown; a son Randy Reinhart, II and wife Meredith of Pennsburg, and grandchildren Owen Reinhart (fiancee' Laura Olsen), Thayden Reinhart and Charlotte Kummerer. He was predeceased in death by his sister Maxine Carvalho and brother Michael Reinhart.

            Services will be held privately.
