Evonne Schultz Glenn
2025-06-30

            Evonne Schultz Glenn, 83, of Hereford, passed away peacefully on Saturday,

June 28th, 2025. She was a daughter of the late Linwood and Pearl (Eschbach) Schultz.

            She was the beloved wife of Peter Glenn and they celebrated 59 years of marriage in May.

            Evonne worked as a research biologist for Merck of West Point prior to the birth of her children. She was an active member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church where she was a former Sunday school teacher and a dedicated volunteer. She was also a member of the Society of the Descendants of the Schwenkfeldian Exiles where she was a volunteer in the Library and Heritage Center and a former board member.

            Along with her husband, Evonne is survived by her son, William and his wife, Ann of Westfield, NJ, and her daughter, Christine Glenn and her husband, Marc Brouwer of Cody, WY; her beloved grandchildren: Rowen Brouwer, and Liam, Sean, Grace, and Ryan Glenn; and her siblings: Sandy (Walt) Spadt and Gene (Randy) Marks; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Arlen and Donna.

            All are invited to gather with her family on Saturday, July 19th at 11 am with a celebration of her life at 12 p.m. in Palm Schwenkfelder Church, 833 Gravel Pike, Palm, PA 18070.

            Donations may be made in her memory to either the Palm Schwenkfelder Church, P.O. Box 66, Palm, PA 18070, or the Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center, 105 Seminary St., Pennsburg, PA 18073.
