Betty Elaine Wuerstle
2025-05-31

Betty Elaine Wuerstle, a beloved mother, sister and grandmother, passed

away peacefully on May 29, 2025 at the age of 91.

Born on November 28, 1933 in East Greenville Pennsylvania, Betty Elaine Wuerstle was known for her warm smile and love for travel. She worked at Queens Way Fashion Co. and later US Gauge where she met the love of her life.

She was married to the late John Francis Norman Wuerstle on May 14, 1955 and spent their years traveling with their two girls, Kyle Ann Carlson and Valerie Wuerstle, throughout the United States. Betty and John traveled to Canada, Scotland, Germany, Austria and France creating many beautiful memories. Betty was a ray of sunshine, always positive and smiling. She cherished her family more than anything and spending time with them brought her so much joy. John passed in 1998.

Betty is survived by her daughters: Kyle Ann Carlson and her husband, Scott Carlson, and Valerie Wuerstle; her grandchildren: Sarah and husband, Daniel Gay, and Ryan Carlson. She was predeceased by her siblings Dale and Meltha Rothenberger.

Betty will be cremated at Falk Funeral Home in Pennsburg, PA. She will be laid to rest privately with her close family.

In lieu of flowers, Betty's favorite place was Green Lane Park. We ask that you and your loved ones visit and create a good memory there in honor of Betty. Travel and enjoy your family to the fullest. Or plant her favorite flowers, daisies, in your garden to remember her by.
