Patricia E. Nichols
2025-05-19

Patricia E. Nichols, formerly of Jefferson St, East Greenville, passed away

peacefully on May 15, 2025, at Country Meadows in Allentown at the age of 80. Born in 1945 in Glen Cove, NY, she was the eldest daughter of the late Clayton and Elizabeth (Branch) Nichols.

Patricia earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Ursinus College and a master's in mathematics from Kutztown University. She taught math for many years at Upper Perk High School, retiring in 1991.

Patricia was dedicated to her church, her home, and her family.  She donated countless hours serving on consistory, as treasurer, and on various committees to support the church's mission.  She lovingly tended her garden and her home.  Patricia adored being outdoors and treasured time spent walking her neighborhood, hiking trails, the beach, and sailing with her family.

Patricia is lovingly remembered by her children, Pamela Alberici (Michael), Duncan Craig (Margaret), Benjamin Craig (Debra); her beloved grandchildren, Ivy, Melissa, Nicholas, Zoe, Nathanial, Carter and Zan; great-grandchildren, Avery, Isabel, Rhian, and Rayne; and her siblings, Rusty and Chris Nichols and Debbie Warren and their extended families.

An interment service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st at 11 a.m. at New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ, 1070 Church Rd in East Greenville, PA.  A memorial service at the church is also planned for Saturday, September 13th, 2025 at 11 a.m.

The family encourages all who knew her to remember and celebrate her life with a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream, and for memorial contributions to be made in her memory to New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ at the above address.
