Charles “Larry” Brinckman
2025-05-13

Charles "Larry" Brinckman, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12,

2025, at the age of 81. Born on February 25, 1944, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Myrtle (Cressman) Brinckman.

Charles attended Upper Perk High School and went on to carve out a successful career as a mechanic at the former Todd Motor Co. in Telford. He was not only a skilled tradesman but a craftsman at heart. Whether building race cars, constructing homes, or tending to his land and garden, Charles found joy in working with his hands. His love of hunting and collecting diecast collectibles brought him joy.

In 1963, Charles married the love of his life, Joan (Fronheiser) Brinckman, and together they shared a beautiful 61 years of marriage. Their partnership was a shining example of devotion, and they built a family that reflects the warmth and care they instilled in their children.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Sherry Grove (Rich), Ken Brinckman (Christie), and Tom Brinckman; three grandchildren, Stefan, Brett and Carissa; two great-grandchildren, Matthew and Kason; his brothers, Eddie and Rick Brinckman; and his sisters, Linda Lysoby and Donna Badman.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
