Dana G. Gabel
2025-05-08

            Dana G. Gabel, 75, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025.  Born in 

Sellersville, PA, he was the son of the late Gerald D. Gabel and Kathryn "Jean" (Heins) Gabel.

            He was a 1968 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. 

            He went on to work for Knoll Inc. for 26 years before relocating to Jersey Shore, PA and the Pine Creek Valley.  He had begun an entrepreneurship of creating floral planters and lawn ornaments, was a school bus driver for Susquehanna Transit Inc. for several years, distributed campfire wood to vacationers and tended friend's horses.

            He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Yoder and husband Nikolos of Oley, three grandchildren, Elias Gabel-Tripp, Miya Yoder and Shelby Yoder and two nephews, Derick and Douglas. 

            He was predeceased by his brothers Drew and Dale. 

            Services will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc.
