Elsie R. Miller
2025-04-29

            Elsie Ruth Miller 96, of Red Hill, passed away peacefully on Saturday,

April 26th, 2025. Born in East Pennsauken, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Tracey and Mary (McKnight) Baseley.

            She was the beloved wife of Eugene Miller who passed away in February

            She was devoted to her family and enjoyed traveling around the eastern half of the country with Eugene to visit their children and grandchildren. She was a longtime member of Hosensack Evangelical Congregational Church.

            Elsie is survived by her children Jean Johnson (Jesse) of Powder Valley, Kenneth Miller (Julie) of Myerstown, Thomas Miller (Karen) of Lancaster, Lynette Miller (Steven) of Vidalia, GA, Paul Miller (Lynda) of Bushkill, and Richard Miller (Rachel) of Coopersburg; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren; and her siblings: Elizabeth Cattermole of Wernersville, and Richard Baseley of Frederick, MD. She was predeceased by: Daughter: Barbara Jane Miller; grandchildren Mark Kenneth and Amanda Michelle Miller; and her siblings: Alice, Irene, Ada, William, Judy, and Edna.

            All are invited to a viewing from 6 – 8 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3 in the Hosensack Evangelical Congregational Church, 7609 Buhman Rd, Zionsville, PA 18092. Following the church service, she will be laid to rest beside her husband in the church graveyard.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Grace EC Church or Reaching & Teaching International (rtim.org).
