Carol Eileen (Lichtenwalner) Huff
2025-03-10

            Carol Eileen (Lichtenwalner) Huff, 77, of Limerick and formerly of

East Greenville, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7th, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Charles and Muriel (VanZandt) Lichtenwalner.

            She was a graduate of Lower Pottsgrove High School and Bryant College.

            She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Donald Huff who passed away in 2016.

            Carol worked for the former Open Line in the Upper Perkiomen Valley and then for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Montgomery County Board of Assistance office in Pottstown. She was a member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ and she was an active member of the Upper Perkiomen Valley community.

            Carol is survived by her children: Lisa Aydin, and her husband Levent of Limerick, Debra Jordan and her husband, Troy of Salix, PA, Donald Huff, III and his wife, Gail of Barto, PA, Timothy Huff and his wife, Jessica of Collegeville, PA; her grandchildren: Jasmine, Jale, Kathryn, Abigail, Cody, Hayden, Julia, Hallie, Emily, Dylan, Connor & Jaxon; and her great grandchildren: Benjamin and Charlotte; her siblings: Joan, wife of Jeffrey Crater of Temple, PA, Gail, wife of Paul Peterka of Boyertown, and Donald Lichtenwalner of Pottstown; numerous nieces and nephews; and her cat, Miley.

            At Carol's request, services will be held privately. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Limerick Garden of Memories.

            In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested in her memory to either Pennsburg United Church of Christ, 775 Main St., Pennsburg, PA 18073, or the Montgomery County SPCA, 1059 Sweisford Rd., Perkiomenville, PA 18074.
