Scott Allen Mohr
2024-12-05

Scott Allen Mohr, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed

away at his home surrounded by his family on December 4, 2024, at the age of 65.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Donald and Nancy (Rauch) Mohr.

A 1977 graduate of Emmaus High School, Scott embarked on a fulfilling career at CeCo Environmental for many years.

Scott's unyielding commitment to family and friends defined his life. In June of 1997, he married the love of his life, Debora (Fabian) Mohr, and together they built a 27-year marriage filled with love, adventure and dedication. Scott was an unwavering presence in his children's lives and dedicated countless hours to coaching and attending all of their activities. As a grandfather, his enthusiasm for his family only grew, and he took immense pride in being Pop and was his grandchildren's biggest fan. He could often be found cheering from the sidelines or in the stands, always ready to celebrate their achievements.

Scott was an avid motorsport fan.  He enjoyed yearly trips to Super Dirt Week in New York with his brothers and son and frequently spent weekends at Grandview Speedway cheering on his nephew in 17M from the pits. He also found joy in watching NASCAR and rooting for all of the Philadelphia sports teams.

Scott's life was characterized by his deep love for his family, who will forever treasure the memories, laughter, support, and the time spent together.

In addition to his wife Debbie, he is survived by his three children: Amanda Golden-Mendoza (Andres), Alexis Golden and Kenneth Golden (Tanya); seven grandchildren: Oliver Mendoza, Cayla, Cade and Callin Droogan and Alayna, Penelope and Zayne Golden; his brothers: Thomas and Kerry (Tara) Mohr; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will take place at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA on Saturday, December 7, 2024 beginning at 11 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 1 p.m.

You may leave online condolences and share memories by visiting www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh St Ste 100, Allentown, PA 18103.
