Jennifer M. Meese
2024-04-08

Jennifer M. Meese, 44, of Collegeville, passed away at Phoenixville

Hospital on Friday, April 5, 2024 surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.

Born in Phoenixville, she was the loving daughter of Brian S. Meese (Stephanie) of Barto and Loretta (Freese) Meese (Guido Brunelli) of Philadelphia.

Jenny was a 1997 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. To know Jenny was to love her. She was positive, fun to be around, and was passionate about everything she loved. Her laughter was always contagious, and she lit up whatever room she was in. She cared so much for others, making her the most wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, friend, cat mom, waitress and bartender to all.

She had a passion for animals and happily donated her time and volunteered at an SPCA in Philadelphia. Jen loved to travel, be in nature, cook, and spend time with her friends and family. Above all, her greatest love was her nephew and nieces. She loved her title as an aunt and being involved in their lives. Jen had a beautiful soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She truly made a difference in every life that she touched.

In addition to her parents Brian and Loretta, she is survived by her siblings, Andrew Meese and wife, Alicia Buck, Rachel Slattery and husband Thomas, and George Thornton-Bey and wife, Justine Doyle; nephew, Izrael Meese; and nieces, Eva Meese and Claudia Thornton-Bey.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA. You may visit with the family beginning at 11 a.m.

You may leave online condolences and share memories by visiting www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jenny's memory to Logan's Heroes, 9411 Kings Hwy, East Greenville, PA 18041.
