Upper Perkiomen's swimming teams swept Norristown in their final dual meet of the season last week. The boys won 89-42 and the girls posted an 88-67 victory at home on Thursday, Feb. 1.
Brayden Favre and Evan Harter led a balanced attack with three victories each.

Hunter Francisco, Zach Csekitz and Adam Afellah each added two wins.
Individually, Farve won the 200-yard IM (2:24.56) and the 500 free (6:07.80). He teamed with Andrew Kelly, Francisco and Harter to win the 200 free (1:44.76). Harter finished first in the 50 free (25.09) and the 100 back (1:04.27).
Csekitz and Afellah were joined by Justin Maciolek and Spencer Hartzell on the victorious 200 medley relay (2:02.15). Individually, Csekitz won the 200 free (2:10.77) and Afellah finished first in the 100 free (58.64).
Francisco won the 100 butterfly (58.44). Kelly finished first in the 100 backstroke (1:16.25).
Katie Kovalenko paced the Tribe girls with four first-place finishes. Beatriz Santos, Ysabelle Santos and Elianna Smith each won three events.
Kovalenko won the 100 back (1:17.43) and the 500 freestyle (6:11.36). She also teamed with Beatriz Santos, Ysabelle Santos and Smith to win the 200 Medley Relay (2:06.43), and Beatriz Santos, Charlotte Forte and Smith to finish first in the 200 free relay (1:58).
Beatriz Santos won the 50 free (27.56), while Ysabelle Santos finished first in the 100 fly (1:17.65). Ysabelle Santos was part of the victorious 400 free relay team. She teamed with Charlotte Forte, Madison Harward and Emily Forman to post a time of (5:04.35).
Smith won two individual events, the 200 freestyle (2:08.06) and the 100 breaststroke (1:21.52). Forte added a first-place finish in the 100 free (1:04.56).
Nine boys and five girls from Upper Perkiomen will compete in the Pioneer Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday at Upper Merion High School. Qualifiers will compete in the District One Championships on Feb. 23-24 at the Arthur J. Glatfelter YMCA in York.
