The Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce welcomed Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, representing Pennsylvania's 1st District. Held this past Monday, November 27, at the Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center, the Legislative Affairs Luncheon featured national issues with a focus on how they affect the business community.
Fitzpatrick took the opportunity to address the critical issues facing our community, our state, our nation and our world. He then opened the floor for questions from the attendees, which stimulated a thoughtful and respectful conversation around many of the current events and topics in the news today.
This was the final event of the Legislative Affairs Series for 2023 and the UPV Chamber wishes to extend their appreciation and gratitude to Legislative Affairs Series sponsors Gillespie Electric, Inc. and PPL Electric Utilities, as well as the November meeting sponsors Artisan Display, Inc., The H&K Group and Montgomery County Community College.
The Chamber is looking forward to another dynamic Legislative Affairs Series of meetings in 2024.
