Charles K. Kercher
2023-11-18

            Charles K. Kercher, 89, of Pennsburg passed away peacefully on November

15, 2023, with his family by his side.

            Born in Allentown, Charles was a son to the late Claude H. and Katie (Idle) Kercher Sr.

            He was the dear companion to Mary Lou Brey.

            He was a warehouse manager for Pillsbury until he retired. He was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Charles was a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox.

            Along with his companion he is survived by his children: Diane Nagel, Larry Kercher, Kim Kercher, and Michelle Boyer; stepdaughters: Candy Gessat, Terri Bieber, Beth Brey, and Tammy Schneider; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers: Claude H. Jr, Luther, Karl, and Clyde Kercher.

            Services will be held privately.

            In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to the Red Sox Foundation, P.O. Box 411217, Boston, MA 02241 (redsoxfoundation@redsox.com) in his memory.

            Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg are in charge of his arrangements.
