Upper Perk's Halloween Parade 2023

Studios on Main Dance and Tumble Center in Pennsburg presented a Mary Popins themed presentation in this year's parade Upper Perkiomen Child Care Center's theme this year was Old McDonald's Farm.  Bob Foreman walks his puppet up Main Street with the group.
Elizabeth Means, dressed as Zero, marched with Team Emma 4Ever. The Upper Perkiomn High School Marching Band led the papade on their trek from Red Hill to East Greenville Sunday night.
Members of Cub Scout Pack 244 of East Greenville with scary paited faces walk in the parade. Bonnie Weaver, participating with the Upper Perkiomen Community Thrift Shop, hands out candy to children along the parade route.
