An Arts Experience Like No Other
2023-10-04

After several months of renovations, The Crossroads Guitars & Art opened to the public on October 2. This exciting new business fosters a unique cultural experience for local area patrons, resulting in the creation of music-makers and enjoyable arts encounters. Musicians, artists, and customers from all walks of life are welcome at the spacious showroom, an inviting abode more like a comfy living room than a typical cluttered music store.

Crossroads Guitars & Art opened on Oct. 2nd and provides space to host a curated gallery showing, and other cultural arts.  A grand opening celebration will be held on Saturday, October 21 starting at 11 a.m. with live music, food trucks and artist booths.

The Crossroads comes out of the gate chock-full of modern digital art, classical photography and a host of acoustic guitars, ukuleles, cajons, bluegrass instruments, digital pianos, and accessories. There are four state-of-the-art music lesson rooms, a sizeable group instruction area, master classes and educational seminars planned, along with a live performance venue in an intimate "listening room" environment.  A highly trained staff will assist in finding the best fit for customers in a musical instrument, or placement in private or group lesson programs.

For regional artists, this gorgeous space provides an opportunity to host a curated gallery showing, and other cultural arts may be placed on consignment. It's worth the trip to 1041 E. Philadelphia Ave (Route 73 directly across from the Gilbertsville shopping center) to visit a true "Arts Experience" store. Mark your calendar for a grand opening celebration on Saturday, October 21 starting at 11 a.m. with live music, food trucks and artist booths.

We've been waiting for a business such as the Crossroads Guitars and Art to arrive in our area for some time, and you can now "have it all" as it pertains to cultural arts, music lessons, live performances and more!
