She was a member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church in Emmaus and loved her church family. Sandra had a kind heart, a beautiful soul and she was always helping others. Her family and friends were the most important parts of her life and she will be missed dearly by all those that knew her.

Surviving along with her mother, are her three sisters, Deborah Gaugler and companion, David Martz, Barbara Steinhauser and Elizabeth Koffel and companion Alfonzo Sanchez; two brothers, Douglas Koffel and wife, Joyce; Philip Koffel and wife, Fouzia; step-siblings, Colleen Hacker and Chad Hacker and wife, Joanne; niece, Kylie Cozart; nephews, Chad Hacker, Jr and Dereck Hacker; and two great nieces and one great nephew. Also surviving is her best friend and cousin Kimberly Lowmaster and her husband Jeffrey.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041. Visiting hours starting at 10 a.m. Sandra will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery next to her husband, Franklin at a later date.

You may leave online condolences and share memories at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to either the Bethel Bible Fellowship Church or to the church's Groceries Plus (Food Bank). Both may be mailed to 418 Elm Street, Emmaus, PA 18049.
