Melissa Brindley	Jonas Homa

            Melissa Brindley, Vice President, Branch Manager III of QNB Bank's Downtown Office in Quakertown, and Jonas Homa, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer at QNB Bank, recently completed coursework at the 2023 Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers) Advanced School of Banking.

            Brindley has served the banking industry for 16 years. In her role at QNB Bank, she is responsible for all aspects of branch management, including staff development, new business development, and supporting community and customer relationships within the Quakertown market. Brindley earned her associate degree from Bucks County Community College and is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association's leadership program.

            Homa has served the banking industry for 22 years. In his role at QNB Bank, he is responsible for business development of commercial loans, traditional banking and cash management services, and loan portfolio management. Homa earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

            PA Bankers' Advanced School of Banking is a three-year program that teaches financial services knowledge and skills and paves the road for participants to become leaders at any level within their organization. The curriculum provides a greater understanding of the multiple banking disciplines and how those disciplines work together within the bank. It is analogous to 200, 300, and 400-level college course study.
