Ruby Carson, 87, of Red Hill passed away peacefully at St. Luke's Brian D.

Perin Hospice House in Bethlehem on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023.

            Born in Topton, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Sallie (Stoudt) Kemp.

            Ruby served honorably in the US Air Force. After that she worked as a loom operator and weaver for Columbia Tape and Fiberglass Tape.

            She is survived by her children: Randy and his wife Cheryl of Red Hill, Tammy and her husband Tom Long of Zionsville; and Andrea and her husband Mark Smith of Red Hill; her grandchildren: Crystal, Eric, Adrienne, Mark, Devon, Allexis and Laura; great Grandchildren: Harper, Teagan, Carter, Lucy, Maddy, Reed, Francesco, Gabriella, Dominick, Bridgett, Quinn, Summer, Rocco and Rex; and a brother: Dennis Kemp of Coopersburg. She was predeceased by her siblings: Mae Bogert, Carl Kemp, Betty Estoch and Marie Frederick.

            A memorial service will be Tuesday, August 15, 2023, 11a.m., at St. Mark' Lutheran Church, 81 N. Main St, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Family and friends are welcome to gather 10 a.m.. She will be laid to rest with military honors in Huffs Union Cemetery, 540 Conrad Rd, Alburtis PA 18011 following the service.
