Local electric customers are encouraged to attend special office hours hosted by Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh) and PPL Electric Utilities on Thursday, March 16. During the event, attendees will work one-on-one with a PPL representative to review their bill and answer any questions.
"I am pleased to be hosting this event with PPL and invite customers in the 187th Legislative District to join us," said Mackenzie. "They can learn how to read an electric bill or ask questions about estimated billing. They can also find out how to ensure they are getting the best deal on electricity supply and about programs available to assist customers on low or fixed incomes with their monthly energy payments."
The free event will take place at the Lower Macungie Township Community Center, 3450 Brookside Road in Macungie, from 9 a.m. to noon. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Mackenzie's Lower Macungie Township office at 610-965-9933 or 833-933-3675 (toll-free).
Attendees are asked to bring a copy of their most recent PPL bill to their appointment.
