Replenish, received the Employer of the Year Award for 2022.
The BPW Woman of the Year award is an honor a member receives when she is recognized for her dedication to the club. She is chosen by her fellow members and has many professional accomplishments, leadership skills and contributes both to BPW and the community. She has a passion for BPW and works diligently to make our community a better place to live.
Rebecca Boyd started her career by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant right after graduating from high school. She continued her education by becoming a certified Reiki practitioner in 2018. She was promoted to the Director of Community Relations at Family Caregivers Network in 2019.
Rebecca joined BPW in 2016 and has served on the board of Upper Perkiomen Business and Professional Women in different capacities since 2018. She has been the recording secretary for several years before taking on the second VP role that she currently holds. Rebecca also maintains the history for UPBPW, submitting the information to our District, which eventually is filed with BPW/PA. Rebecca also shares her talents with our District, holding the recording secretary position with the District 11 board since 2020.
Rebecca is a wonderful mother to two very active daughters, Sophia, who is eight-years-old and Rhyan, who is 5.

Perkiomen Valley that demonstrates through their policies and actions a commitment to the development and advancement of women in the workplace. The Employer of the Year shines above the rest to provide amazing work environments and opportunities for women.
Kate Coleman started Raw Replenish in her home garage in 2016 with a dream to provide healing juices to her community. She expanded into a commercial space in Red Hill and later developed her first full-service cafe in nearby Pennsburg. She then expanded Raw Replenish to a second location and began franchising Raw Replenish with the first franchise opening in the fall of 2022.
Kate has been focused on mental and physical health education for many years and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in forensic psychology with certifications in nutrition, personal training. She was also a certified CPR and First Aid Instructor for many years.
Kate holds a certification as a Medicinal Juice Therapist and is working on completing her Functional Nutrition coursework. Continuing education is an important value to her, as the health sciences are ever-changing.
For fun Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their two dogs, Kevin (a Great Dane mix) and Richard (a Pomeranian mix).
