On Thursday, June 30, Wawa held a grand opening for it's newest store at the intersection of 

Routes 100 and 29 in Hereford.  Above, stoer manager Tanya Burrell cuts the ribbon during

the grand opening ceremony as she is joined by store employees a other guests at the event.

Below, part of the ceremony included a Hogies for Heroes hogie building contest with mem-

bers of the Hereford Fire Company competing against the PA State Police Troop L and others

to build the moste hoagies in three minutes.  Hereford won with 27 hoagies.  Both groups

were awarded $1,000 by Wawa.
