Prior to the grand opening, the brewery will host a special visit from Senator Bob Mensch and his staff in appreciation of his support in helping the brewery to reach this momentous day.

The owners, Ian, Clay and Jill McIntosh are proud to offer eight craft beers on tap.  Head brewer Clay McIntosh is offering a variety of styles from easy-drinking summer favorites like Lemon Zest Saison and a Kolsch to a Coffee Stoudt and Scotch Ale aptly named "The McIntosh".  They also will feature the ever-popular IPA in both a "West Coast" and "New England" style.

The brewery aims to always provide a variety of styles as well as adding in traditional holiday brews.  There will be something for every beer palate as well as

The circa 1913 building, formerly home to the Town and Country Newspaper, was purchased in 2019. Renovation of the old printing press room was accomplished by the owners with help from professionals like Schroeder Masonry, Revival Roofing, Xtreme Mechanical, Maurer Power, Landis Plumbing, DG Construction and John Membrino Construction.

You can follow the brewery on Instagram @publicationbrewworks or on their website at www.publicationbrewworks.com to view the renovation before and after pictures as well as the latest happenings and what's on tap. The brewery will be open Fridays: 4 – 10 p.m., Saturdays: 12-10 p.m., and Sundays: 12-8 p.m.

Lastly, the owners want to thank Pennsburg, especially the borough staff, for welcoming them to town and being supportive through the process of renovating the Town and Country Building. They are excited to add another great craft beer destination to the Highway 29 Beer Trail.
