In Loving Memory of Marjorie, Marge, ‘Grammy’ Lambert

Marjorie Ann Everett Lambert passed away on April 10, 2022, Palm Sunday,

surrounded by her family at Woodbury Wellness Center, Hampstead, NC.

Born January 25, 1947, in Peckville, PA, to William "Chuck" and Ruth Daley Everett, Marge was raised in Archbald, PA alongside her younger sister MaryAnn, surrounded by a wonderfully large extended family.

She graduated from Archbald High School in 1964 and began a career with the FBI in Washington, D.C., where she later met the love of her life, Robert Lambert.  Marge dedicated her life to her husband and two sons in Red Hill, PA, where she co-founded the Pee Wee Soccer Club, was a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts, was active within the Upper Perkiomen School District PTA, and drove shuttle vans for special education students in the area.

Her retirement years were spent in Pinehurst, NC where she enjoyed Garden Club and a Ladies 9-hole golf group.  Her biggest joy came from hosting and participating in small gatherings of friends and family as she loved to cultivate new and past relationships.  Her favorite jobs were 'Mom' and 'Grammy'.

Marge is survived by her husband, Bob; her sister, MaryAnn Everett Griffin (Manuel); her two sons Rob (Shawn) and Brad (Karen), and an aunt, Angela Daley.  Her grandchildren Jack, Ryan, Max, and Daman will remember her always as a smiling, spoiling, and doting grandmother. She will be missed immensely.

Memorial services: The family will receive friends for a 12 p.m. visitation hour in the Chapel of St. Anne, followed by a Funeral Mass at 1pm, May 13th, 2022, both at St. Philip Neri Catholic Parish, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073.

The family thanks Woodbury Wellness for caring for Marge in the final 2 years of her life.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to American Cancer Society or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilminton, NC in Marge's name.
