Communities Remember Veterans

Parade, services and speakers honor veterans in Quakertown and the Upper Perkiomen Valley

 

In the Upper Perkiomen Valley, the day started

wotj a servoce at tje Red Hill War Memorial

where a 21-gun salute paid tribute to veterans.

Retired U.S. Army Captain David A.

Christian, who served in Vietnam and

a veterans' activist, was the guest

speaker in Quakertown following the

parade.

 

Motorcycles and the color guard lead the parade on

Broad Street in Quakertown.

Tri-Boro Marine Corps League
