Timothy Francis Hasson

            Timothy Francis Hasson, 59, a resident of Perkiomenville, PA since 1992

and Cape Coral, FL, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020, at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, PA, following an illness. He and his wife, Teresa S. (Zitzer) Hasson, observed their 29th anniversary on August 10th of this year.

            Born January 7, 1961, in Doylestown, PA, he was the oldest of six children born to Jesse and Judith (Fogarty) Hasson, of Frederick, PA. He was a 1979 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and attended Ursinus College.

            Timothy was employed with Allan Myers as a systems analyst. Prior to that, he was self-employed as a marine technology consultant and worked in Emergency Medical Services as a dispatcher, paramedic and was a former Director of Montgomery County EMS.

            He enjoyed boating and days spent on the Chesapeake Bay and at his home in Cape Coral, FL.  He loved his family and time spent with his grandsons.

            In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two daughters, Denise Miller and her sons, Benjamin and Zachary, of Perkiomenville, PA, and Carol Cassidy and her husband, Chris, and their sons, Braden and Colin, of Hopewell Junction, NY; five siblings, Jessica Smith and her husband, David, of Palm, PA, Christopher Hasson and his wife, Theresa, of Pennsburg, PA, Seana Hasson and her husband John Johnson of Chicago, IL, Sarah Brendle and her husband, Christopher, of Pennsburg, PA, and Matthew Hasson and his wife, Kristin, of Chalfont, PA; and nieces and nephews.

            Due to current restrictions on public gatherings, services will be private.

            In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society at   

            Arrangements are by the R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. of Skippack, PA.
