Dairy Day

St. Francis Academy celebrates the end of the school year learning about dairy products and holding an ice cream party.

 

Special guesta at the event included Berks County

Dairy Ambassadors, left to right, Stephanie 

Younker, Kennedi Cavalier, and Andrea Hix. 

Above, the trio tastes the finised ice cream creat-

ions of the students.   

During the event on Friday, Long-

acrer's Dairy new mascot, Mookie,

St. Francis Academy students and faculty divided up into nine

teams to compete against each other to create an ice cream
