Grand View Health Named a Top Home Care Agency
2018-11-29

For the 7th year in a row, Grand View Home Care has been named a Top Agency of the 2018 HomeCare Elite, a recognition of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States.

Grand View Home Care offers services for patients who are unable to leave their home due to an illness or injury. Services are provided by registered nurses, social workers, home health aides and physical, occupational and speech therapists.

HomeCare Elite agencies are determined by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, best practices implementation, patient experience, quality improvement and consistency and financial health. The ranking is developed by ABILITY® Network, a leading information technology company helping providers and payers simplify the administrative and clinical complexities of healthcare. It is sponsored by DecisionHealth, publisher of Home Health Line and the Complete Home Health ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Coding Manual.

"There's no place like home, whether you're recuperating from surgery or coping with a chronic illness," said Donna Manning, executive director of Grand View Post Acute Care Services. "We're proud to be recognized as a top Home Care agency. Our nurses, social workers, therapists and aides work hard every day to ensure our patients get the very best care possible."

"I would like to congratulate the team at Grand View Home Care and thank them for their commitment to providing consistently high-quality care," said Christine Lang, senior director for ABILITY Network. "During a time of increasing demands on home health professionals' time and attention, these caregivers and leaders have demonstrated that they have prioritized their patients and created a solid foundation for serving their communities and partnering with other healthcare providers."
