Verna C. Wambold
2018-11-12

              Verna C. (Hauck) Wambold, of York, and formerly of Red Hill and Lansdale,

born July 9, 1927, passed away November 7, 2018 at the age of 91. She was married for 61 years to George B. Wambold, who preceded her in death in 2004. 

            She retired in 1983 from the former Olean Tile, Lansdale, after many years of service.

            Surviving are 2 sons: George Jr., and Robert; and a daughter, Beverly (Wambold) Griffin; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was pre-deceased by a son, Stanley.

            Services will be private.  The Falk Funeral Home, Pennsburg, is in charge of arrangements.
