LeRoy W. Haberle

            LeRoy W. Haberle, 87, husband of Patricia A. (Marlin) Haberle, of Pennsburg, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at his home.

            Born in Hatfield, he was a son of the late Herbert and Catherine (Witner) Haberle.

            LeRoy was the owner and operator of Haberle Concrete in Telford. 

            He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving during the Korean War and was a member of the Souderton American Legion and the Telford VFW Post #5308.

            Surviving along with his wife of 32 years are his son, Charles Haberle and wife, Shirley; two step-sons, Bryon and David Zeidenberg; four grandchildren, Charles and wife, Kisha, Shane and wife, Jess, Kaylyn & husband, Jordan, and Josh; three step-grandchildren, Audrey, Madeleine and Benjamin; many great-grandchildren; two brothers, Abram Haberle and wife, Diane and Donald Haberle and wife, Brenda; four sisters, Alice, wife of Jerry Moyer, Katherine Galluppy, Becky Godshall, and Viola, wife of Robert Boyd; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Molly.

            A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, 2788 Geryville Pike, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Family and Friends and are invited to a visitation from 3 to 4 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Cremation services entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the ALS Association, 1275 K Street NW - Suite 250 - Washington, DC 20005 or to the Montgomery County SPCA, Sweifford Road, Perkiomenville, PA  18074.
