Andrew R. Flath
2018-11-05

            Andrew R. Flath, 21, of Pennsburg, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018

in Gettysburg, PA.

Andrew touched many hearts in the Upper Perkiomen Valley.

            Born in Lansdale, PA he was a son of Doug Flath of Quakertown, PA and Lori (Landes) Jordan of Pennsburg, PA. He was the step-son of Daniel Jordan of Pennsburg, PA.

            Andrew was a 2015 graduate of both Upper Perkiomen High School and the Western Montgomery Career and Technical Center , earning a HVAC certification with  honors. He was currently employed as a manager at Home City Ice in East Greenville, PA.

            Andrew had an active athletic youth playing hockey, baseball, wrestling, and football.

            Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings, Steven Flath of Wilmington, DE, Ashley Flath of Elizabethville, PA, Dusty Flath of East Greenville, PA and Daniel Jordan IV of Pennsburg, PA; maternal grandfather, Marvin Landes and wife, Linda of Glenside, PA and paternal grandfather, Richard Flath of Lansdale, PA; his girlfriend, Danielle Bensley and her three children ; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

            He is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Janice Landes and his paternal grandmother, Sandra Flath.

            A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018  at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041. A burial will follow in Souderton Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to an evening before viewing on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Friday, November 9th  from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
