William G. Hagenbuch
2018-09-17

            William G. Hagenbuch, 88, of Pennsburg, passed away September 5, 2018. 

He was the husband of the late Betty Jane (Gilbert) Hagenbuch.  Born in East Greenville, he was the son of the late Clarence and Viola (Buchecker) Hagenbuch.

            He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. 

            Bill was employed at the former Lincoln Underwear Co, Pottstown for many years, rising from cutter to Supervisor.  He was a member of the Perkiomen Lodge, #595, F. & A.M., Red Hill, the Reading Rajah Temple, and was a 32nd Degree Mason with the Lehigh Consistory, Allentown. 

            Bill also was a member of the American Legion #184, Palm; the East Greenville Fire Company and the Upper Perkiomen Golden Agers.

            Surviving are children: Carol, wife of Bill Connell, of East Greenville; and Carl Hagenbuch, and his wife, Judy, of Allentown; granddaughters: Michelle, wife of Inkwan Han; and Caryn, wife of Eric Riffl; and great-grandchildren: Logan & Kellen Han; and Megan & Jacob Riffl.  He was pre-deceased by a sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Miller.

            Funeral Service were held. at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.  Interment will follow at Limerick Garden of Memories.

            In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 81 Main St., Pennsburg, PA 18073.
