A Day to Remember

Services and parade honor veterans

 

            This years' guest speaker, Master Sergeant Dwayne Bowman, United States Air Force, Retired, delivers his message of rememberting the veterans during the services after the Memorial Day Parade.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

            Donna Wyse, District President of the VFW Auxiliary, and Charles Scavitto, VFW 5954 Commander, place a wreath in front of the Red Hill War Memorial on Monday during a Memorial Day observance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

            The Red Hill Band leads the musical procession during the Memorial Day parade.  Beginning at the Upper Perkiomen Middle School in East Greenville, the parade proceeded south on Main Street and ended with a ceremony at St. Mark's Church Cemetary in Pennsburg.
