Joseph K. Shosh
2018-04-30

            Joseph K. Shosh, 56, formerly of Red Hill and Mt. Carmel, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Coopersburg, PA.

            Born in Shamokin, PA, he was a son of Joseph G. Shosh of Mt. Carmel, PA and the late Eva A. (Fantini) Shosh.

            Joseph was a graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. He was a machinist, worked in construction, was a member of the Upper Perkiomen Sportsmens Association and the NRA. 

            Surviving along with his father; a brother, Kenneth J. Shosh and wife, Lisa of Pennsburg; two nieces, Jasmine Amey and Reanne Snider; and two great nieces.

            In addition to his mother, he is predeceased by a brother, Eric J. Shosh.

            A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Burial follows in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg, PA. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
