Troy L. Marks, 47, of Bally, peacefully passed away at his current Bally residence on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

            Born on September 24, 1970 in Pottstown, PA he was the son of Christina (Stauffer) Marks of Barto and Richard Marks of Laporte, PA.

            Troy was a graduate of Boyertown High School and was employed by Amazon.com.  He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers Fan who loved hunting and the outdoors.  He was also a dedicated volunteer Firefighter, posting his last Facebook post on rapid response news.

            Along with his parents Troy is survived by his son Brandon L. Marks of Lansdale and a daughter, Salina Marks of Barto; a brother, Ryan M. Marks of Bally.

            Funeral Services will be held 3 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2018  at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA.

            Family and friends may call from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

            Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

            In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Troy's memory to the Eastern Berks Fire Dept. (97-2), P. O. Box 43, Barto, PA  19504.
