Chilly early spring temperatures did not dampen the warmth and gratitude felt indoors at the UPV Chamber's annual Staff Appreciation Luncheon, held this

past Thursday, April 5 at La Massaria at Bella Vista Golf Course. The venue and cheerful decorations provided a beautiful setting for area employers to treat their staff to an afternoon out of the office as a way of thanking them for their year-round support.

            Special thanks to all the businesses that sponsored this event: Spotlight Sponsors – Red Hill Dental, Town & Country Newspaper, Upper Perk Chiropractic Center | The Center for Nutrition and Wellness; Pennsburg Ace Hardware, La Massaria at Bella Vista Golf Course, and QNB Bank; and all of the Chamber members that donated items.

            As guests arrived, they had the opportunity to browse display tables set up by Black Sea Jewelers, M&J Gourmet, Mary Kay Cosmetics by Nancy Panza, and Stephanie's Bridal Shop. Lunch featured a fashion show by Stephanie's Bridal Shop, as well as piano entertainment by Robert Barboni of Music Associates.

            Following the meal, the spotlight sponsors introduced themselves, and in a fun twist, asked the audience trivia questions about their respective businesses for the chance to win prizes.

            The event concluded with drawings for the many door prizes donated by Chamber member businesses. Each of the 160 guests also left with a goodie bag full of member donated items.
