Community Values Proceed as Tomlinson Forsell Joins Norris McLaughlin & Marcus
Written by Kelly Kalb, Correspondent
2018-01-18

The Tomlinson Forsell law office on Main Street, East Greenville has been a fixture in the community since 1962. After decades of building a relationship with

residents of the Upper Perkiomen Valley, Allen and Barry Tomlinson announced their retirements in the fall of 2017 allowing Michelle Forsell, Esq. to remain at the location.

Forsell's focus continues with estate planning and administration and her immediate past presidency of the Bar Association in Lehigh County allowed for a connection with Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. of Allentown. Forsell joined the firm January 1, 2018 with the East Greenville office being the second location in Pennsylvania. The firm also extends to New Jersey and New York.

"I am pleased to be joining Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A., where I can offer a deeper and wider bench here in East Greenville. Our clients can expect the same faces and receive the same services to which they have grown accustomed," Forsell said in a recent press release.

With Forsell's expertise in estate planning and administration along with numerous other branches of law represented by the firm, the Upper Perkiomen Valley will have all needs covered at the present location and by the same office staff.

"Norris McLaughlin & Marcus have the same values as we do and by being a part of their firm we don't have to conform to something different. We plan to handle clients the same. I will still offer hospital visits and home visits as usual. And we can cover various areas of legal assistance to our clients, allowing them to be here in East Greenville for an appointment or, if they prefer, the Allentown office," Forsell explained.

The East Greenville office will continue to be home to paralegals Ginny Johnson and Rachel Kolb who have been with the practice for 46 years and 6 years.

"The only real difference in how we handle things by joining Norris McLaughlin & Marcus is the name, everything else will remain the same here in East Greenville," Johnson explained.

Forsell added, perhaps down the road one to two other attorneys of other genres will call the East Greenville office home as well. But, for now, clients will be offered the option of having the service come to them in the valley or travel a short distance to Allentown when needed.
