Craig M. Smedley
2017-10-02

            Craig M. Smedley, 50, of Bechtelsville, passed away October 1, 2017.  He was the beloved husband of Wendy (Mensch) Smedley.  Born in Bryn Mawr, he was a son of the late Philip A. & Lorraine (Fella) Smedley. Craig was a member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ and the East Greenville Fire Company. Craig was a former bus driver for Marvin E. Klinger Bus Co. in Shamokin. 

            Surviving with his wife, is a daughter, Reneé Smedley, and her finacé, Richard Mahon, of Mount Carmel; a step-daughter, Baylee Cleaver, of Bechtelsville; siblings: Kevin Smedley, and his wife Tricia, of Springfield, PA; and Mark Smedley, and his wife, Caryn, of Wayne, PA.

            Services will be on Thursday at 11:30 AM at Pennsburg United Church of Christ, 775 Main St., Pennsburg.  A viewing will be from 9:30-11 AM at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.

            In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Animals in Distress, 5075 Limeport Pike, Coopersburg, PA 18036.
